Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme | Overview
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for permanent employment with a focus on skills training over a span of two years. This comprehensive program is specially designed to nurture and develop future leaders within the organization. Upon successful completion of the two-year training, candidates will transition into a role at Vodacom that aligns with their career aspirations. Graduates will also have the chance to take on challenging assignments, both locally and internationally, to broaden their expertise and enhance their leadership capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2023, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Work Experience: Candidates must have less than two years of working experience after completing their studies.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be 26 years old or younger.
- Citizenship: Candidates must be South African citizens by birth/naturalization or permanent residents. Additionally, individuals from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in their respective markets.
- Academic Performance: A minimum aggregate of 65% in completed or most recent academic results is required.
- Qualification: Applicants must hold a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
