Poland Scholarships are available for the 2023–2024 academic year at any of Poland’s universities, which provide a wide range of degree programs.

Scholarships funded by the Polish government and Polish universities are available to international students interested in studying in Poland. Several highly sought-after majors are offered in English at Polish universities. The available Polish scholarships cover varying amounts of school expenses.

 Scholarships with Full Financial Support, Poland, 2023–2024

Some Poland scholarships cover living expenses and tuition, while others are partially or fully financed. Doctoral and post-doctoral programs receive most Polish fully supported scholarships.

For your convenience, we have compiled a list of Polish scholarships for your study. Poland offers undergraduate, master’s, Ph.D., and post-doctoral scholarships.

1. Lukasiewicz Scholarships from the Polish Government:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) Program offer international student scholarships. This grant is for international master’s students. This scholarship covers engineering, arts, IT, and social sciences.

This fellowship covers tuition, a monthly stipend of 1700 PLN, relocation costs, and dissertation costs. A double master’s is not covered, and applicants must speak English at least at the B2 level. Students with strong academic records and extracurricular involvement receive the scholarship.

2. Warsaw University Fellowship:

Ph.D. applicants can receive scholarships from the University of Warsaw Physics Faculty. Hyperbolic metamaterials and compressive imaging study nanostructures. Optics and programming skills are required. They should also have optics, nanostructure engineering, electromagnetic modeling, or related experience.

Some physics departments offer more Ph.D. money than others. (See the university’s website). Only the best applicants are accepted because each department has few openings each year.

3. Maria Curie-Sklodowska Scholarship:

If you want to study in Poland and need full financial support, Maria Curie-Sktodowska University (UMCS) offers bachelor’s and master’s scholarships. This Lublin, Poland university offers full scholarships in International Relations, Tourism Management, Graphic Arts, Business Analytics, and more.

All countries are welcome to apply, however non-English speakers must demonstrate language ability. This scholarship goes to high-achieving academic, athletic, social, and scientific students.

The award covers tuition and lets students engage in integrative student organization events. Career Development Programs provide pupils social and professional skills.

4. Ulam International Programme:

NAWA’s Ulam International Program funds scientific and technology research. The scholarship covers 10,000 PLN in allowances and transport. Researchers with a scientific Ph.D. from outside Poland can apply.

This scholarship seeks international research talent to advance Polish science. Polish cutting-edge host institutions will help scientists grow their research careers.

5. SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities Scholarship:

SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities invites overseas English students to apply. About 10 English undergraduates receive the grant each year.

SWPS University, a top Polish university, is linked with the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology and the Institute of Psychology, Polish Academy of Sciences. If their first language is not English, B.A. in English scholarship recipients must demonstrate language proficiency to qualify for the program.
